How Does Doorstep Delivery Work?

We offer doorstep delivery for this product in the Chattanooga area.  Frozen meat is delivered at your door in a re-usable cooler bag with ice packs. There's no need to be home! Meat will stay fresh until you're able to pick it up. 

Choose one-time delivery or subscribe and choose frequency of delivery that best suits your needs.  

Note: To reduce waste, we request that all subscribers return the cooler bags and ice packs received from a prior order by placing them on their porch the day of their next delivery so we're able to re-use them.

How can I return my cooler/ice packs?

We love to reduce waste by re-using items! Please save your coolers and ice packs to leave on your porch the next time we deliver you product.  We will pick them up to re-use for future deliveries.  Thank you so much for your help with this!

What areas of Chattanooga do you Deliver to?

We deliver to all areas of Chattanooga & the surrounding suburbs. Contact us if you're unsure if your address falls in this delivery area. 

What day do you deliver on?

We currently deliver every Tuesday and most Fridays in Chattanooga. Delivery day is subject to change on holiday weeks. We will notify you of any changes. 

Can I pick up my order from the farm?

Yes, you're more than welcome to pick up your orders from our farm store. If it's your first time, contact us and we'll do our best to meet you out there and show you the process.

What states do you ship product packages to?

We currently ship to: GA, AL, KY, TN, SC, NC, OH, NY, PA, NC, FL, MS, LA, TX, OK, KS, MS, IA, IN, IL, MI, WV, VA, DE, MD, NJ, RI. 

How does the shipping process work?

We ship via FedEx. All products are packaged in a box and placed in a cooler containing dry ice.  This allows the product to remain frozen up to 8 hrs after delivery on your doorstep. There's no need to be home to receive the delivery. We ship on Mondays-Wednesdays only to ensure safe, on-time delivery of products.

Why Shipping?

If you're able to find a local source in your area for pasture-raised meats, that is a wonderful option!  We've realized that is not the case for many folks though.  We're now able to meet requests for a shipping option for those who live in areas where access to sustainably-raised, healthy meat options are not easily accessible. Our hope is by offering select packages for shipping, we're able to accommodate more people looking for a convenient source for healthier premium meat options, that also supports small farms committed to sustainable practices that enrich the land.  

What partner farms do you work with?

We're committed to supplying you with a consistent product, readily available. All of our products are produced with the highest level of integrity and are always pasture-raised, non-GMO & hormone/antibiotic free. We have various partner farms located in the south--including farms located in the Chattanooga area, Alabama & Kentucky in addition to EdenThistle's main site on Lookout Mountain, GA.  Our passion is to steward land well with our farming practices, enriching and building the soil to make it better overtime.  We love partnering with other like-minded farmers, supporting their work to do the same all over the south!
