Sautéed Gnocchi with Broccoli & Bratwursts

Sautéed Gnocchi with Broccoli & Bratwursts - 1 lb. Bratwurst

1. Preheat oven to 400. Roast Bratwursts on a baking sheet until reach an internal temperature of 160 (about 20 minutes). 

2. Sautee 1 package of gnocchi, sliced fresh garlic (optional) and broccoli pieces (about 1 cup) in butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Sautee stirring often until gnocchi begins to brown and get a bit crispy.  

3. Add sliced bratwursts into the gnocchi mixture.  Serve in bowls topped with parmesan cheese.
