Breakfast for Dinner - 1 lb. Mild Sausage

This is great for a quick meal on busy nights!

1. Form Mild Sausage into patties and cook over medium heat in skillet until cooked through.

2. Serve with sides like scrambled eggs, fruit and waffles.  For something really quick, use frozen waffles.  If you're making waffles from scratch, this is a link to a recipe I often use.
